1. General

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• I may cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund at my discretion.
• Payment must be made in full, upfront through PayPal invoice (USD only).
• Work will not begin until full payment is received.
• No strict deadlines are guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon.
• My commission queue is public and can be viewed under commission info.
• Queue position does not guarantee a completion date.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide clear, accurate references and instructions.
• References provided by the client should accurately reflect the desired character or design.
• You must own or have permission to use all provided assets.
• AI-generated images may not be used as references.
• You are responsible for ensuring your request is correct before work begins.

3. Workflow & Revisions

• I may decline elements outside my scope or for technical/ethical reasons.
• You may request changes during the creation process.
• Major changes after work has started may require an additional fee.
• You have 7 days after completion to request minor fixes.
• Additional edits after this period may require a new commission.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds will not be issued for personal financial situations.
• Please contact me before opening a PayPal dispute.
• Clients who initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may be refused future service.

Client Cancellation

• If no work has started, a full or near-full refund may be issued.
• If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, refunds will be based on the amount of work completed.
• Completed commissions are non-refundable.

Artist Cancellation

• If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.
• Any work completed prior to cancellation remains my property unless otherwise agreed.

5. Rights & Usage

• All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial use requires additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.
• Commercial rights are not granted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• If a commission is cancelled, all rights to the work return to me.
• I may reuse or repurpose cancelled work unless rights are purchased.

6. VRChat / Technical Disclaimer

• I am not responsible for issues caused by platform updates or SDK changes.
• I am not responsible for avatar performance ranking unless explicitly agreed.
• I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, shaders, or assets.

7. File Delivery

• Final files will be delivered in the agreed format.
• Delivery of final files constitutes completion of the commission.
• You may request minor fixes within the revision period described above.
• Source files may require an additional fee unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files after delivery.

8. Communication

• Please allow reasonable time for responses.
• Frequent status requests may delay workflow.
• Clear communication helps ensure the best result.
• If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the commission may be considered abandoned and closed without refund.

9. Content Restrictions

• Hate content (racism, sexism, transphobia, etc.)
• Explicit political content
• Babyfur content
• Extreme or unrealistic proportions
• Sexual content involving minors or real animals
• Scat or fetish-related content
• Extreme gore or death
• Style-matching other artists
• AI-generated art

10. Agreement

• By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed above.
